Non-light versions are 10–20mm thick, while lighted versions are 25mm thick. We include strong adhesive and expansion screws as accessories. Emergency types also contain a built-in battery. These large exit signs can be mounted on a wall or hung from the ceiling. We offer wall, hanging, or stick-on mounting options. For hanging types, use threaded rods. Install the sign at a height of 2.2–2.5 meters, in a clear location along the escape path, ensuring nothing blocks its visibility. The arrow indicates the way out, and the sign displays "Exit" in the national standard style. The LED light emits 5000K cool white. Emergency models feature a fault alarm. Outdoor versions have IP54 protection, while indoor versions are IP30. Self-luminous types glow for over 12 hours after just 10 minutes of light exposure, keeping you safe during power outages.

We carefully pack each sign and photograph it before shipping. If a product arrives damaged, please send us photos so we can promptly investigate. We provide free replacement parts or a complete new sign if needed.

All signs come with a 1-year warranty. If a problem occurs under normal use, we provide free parts or repair service. After the warranty period, we continue to offer maintenance at cost price and provide long-term technical support. We regularly follow up with customers to improve our products and services.
