How We Build And Install
We use laser cutting, bending, welding, and fluorocarbon baking paint to ensure durability and a high-quality finish. The 3D letters are fixed by welding or adhesive bonding. Backlighting can be added if required.
The granite base is polished to a smooth finish. The sign meets IP60 protection standards and is designed to last at least 8 years outdoors. The LED color temperature ranges from 3500 to 4000K. The metal letters are resistant to rust.
For installation, we use floor mounting with a concrete foundation. The granite base is securely fixed, and the sign is connected to the base without gaps. The design follows your project's VI (visual identity) guidelines, ensuring that the logo and project name are clearly displayed. The surface finish is consistent, with no visible defects.
We accept third-party inspections and conduct thorough checks before shipment. For export, we use thick cartons or wooden cases with foam protection inside. All products come with a 1-year warranty, and we respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
