We use 304 stainless steel square tubes for the main frame, with a size of 80×80mm and a wall thickness of 3.0mm. The panels are made of 12mm thick acrylic luminous material. Titanium plates with mirror or brushed finishes are also available as options.
Each sign is equipped with high-power LED modules, waterproof transformers, and reinforced steel bars. The height can be customized from 6 to 15 meters. Panel sizes are available in 1.2×3m or 2×5m. The base size ranges from 1×1m to 2×2m, with a thickness of 80mm. The interior of the base is filled with concrete, while the exterior is finished with stainless steel.

How We Manufacture
We begin with 3D modeling for the design, followed by laser cutting, bending, welding, and polishing. The letters are 3D-carved, and the surface is finished with fluorocarbon baking paint for long-term outdoor durability. Edge-lit and back-lit options are available.
The signs meet IP65 protection standards and operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. The LED modules have a lifespan of at least 50,000 hours, with a color rendering index of no less than 88 Ra. The structure is designed to withstand wind resistance of at least level 12.
For installation, we use a buried concrete foundation with a minimum depth of 800 mm, reinforced with steel bars. All welds receive double-layer anti-rust treatment. The vertical tilt is controlled within 0.3 degrees. The surface is smooth, with no visible weld marks or scratches. Logos and letters are raised by 5–10mm for a clear visual effect.
At night, the lighting is uniform with no dark spots. Backup power is included to ensure continuous operation. All vertical monument signs come with a 1-year warranty, and we guarantee a response to any issues within 24 hours.
