Office door placards are made from 4 mm acrylic sheets with double-sided baked paint. Each placard includes a 3mm thick card slot that fits standard A6 cards (105×148mm). The frame is made from 1mm thick aluminum alloy, and clips and strong adhesive are included for secure installation.

Common placard sizes are 90×180mm or 100×200mm, with a total thickness of 12–15mm.

Placards are manufactured using laser cutting, bending, and baking paint. Card slots are created with a specialized process, and frames are finished with screen printing. The clear insert panel allows light to pass through effectively.

Placards meet IP40 protection standards and resist scratches, with text and patterns that do not fade. Changing the card is simple, especially with the magnetic insert version, which allows names and titles to be updated easily.

For installation, placards can be mounted or stuck directly onto office doors. Placards display the office name, person's name, and title, with card slots making updates simple. Colors are professional and neutral, typically white, gray, or black.

Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance, or 50% deposit for custom products. All placards come with a 1-year warranty, and we respond within 24 hours. Large orders are eligible for discounts.
