Durable Materials And Bright Illumination
This architectural wayfinding signage uses 304 stainless steel square tubing, measuring 50 × 50 mm with a 2.5 mm wall thickness. The panel is made of 10 mm acrylic for illumination, or you can choose 2.0 mm cold-rolled steel with a baked paint finish.
We use LED strips along with a waterproof power box. The production process includes laser cutting, bending, welding, and polishing. The text is created through 3D carving. The surface is finished with fluorocarbon baking paint for durability. Backlighting can be added upon request.
With an IP65 rating, this signage is suitable for outdoor use and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. The LED lighting has a color rendering index (CRI) of at least 85 Ra, ensuring natural and vivid colors at night.
