We use aluminum channels, hoops, and reflective lettering. The production process includes CNC cutting, and the reflective film is applied smoothly without bubbles or wrinkles. The edges are rolled for added strength, and the aluminum channels are securely assembled.
This signage has an IP54 rating. The reflective coefficient is at least 300 cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻². It offers a weather resistance of over 5 years and can withstand wind levels of Grade 10 or higher. These features ensure that the sign remains bright and structurally stable even in harsh conditions.
Easy Installation And Quality Assurance
This lane direction signs is installed on a pole. We provide galvanized steel poles with diameters ranging from 60 to 89 mm. Hoops are used to securely fix the sign in place. The poles undergo hot-dip galvanization for rust protection.
