Durable Structure And Clear Visibility
This pedestrian wayfinding signage is made from either metal or acrylic. The metal panel is 1.5mm thick, while the acrylic panel is 6mm thick. The surface features reflective lettering or optional LED lighting.
For outdoor use, a stainless steel edge cover is added for extra protection. Standard sizes include 300×600mm and 400×800mm, with an overall thickness of 15 to 20 mm. The outdoor pole height ranges from 1.2 to 1.5 meters.
The production process includes laser cutting and CNC carving. Directional text is applied using silk-screen or UV printing. The surface is either polished or spray-coated. Outdoor versions are sealed for water resistance, while indoor versions are scratch-resistant. Outdoor models also provide UV protection to prevent fading of text and colors.
With an IP44 rating, this signage performs reliably in outdoor conditions. The text size is at least 24 pt, ensuring readability, and the arrows are clearly visible.
Flexible Installation And Strict Quality Control
This pedestrian wayfinding signage offers three installation options. For outdoor use, it can be mounted on a pole using expansion screws in concrete. For indoor use, it can be wall-mounted or installed using adhesive backing.
The signage clearly indicates building names, paths, and distances. The installation height is designed to match the average eye level of pedestrians (1.2 to 1.5 meters).
We follow a strict quality control process. First, we select high-quality raw materials such as metal sheets and coatings. Second, we inspect each stage of production, including cutting, welding, and surface finishing. Third, we check dimensions, color consistency, and surface quality. Finally, we apply rust protection, waterproof sealing, and anti-aging treatments.
Our packaging is designed to prevent damage during transportation. We support OEM and ODM services. You can provide your drawings or logos, and we will protect your design. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance, while custom products require a 50% deposit.
