With a total construction area of approximately 130,000 square meters, it encompasses a diverse range of commercial formats, including retail shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Signage Function: This rooftop/facade logo serves as the central visual symbol of this urban commercial landmark. Its unified red color scheme reinforces brand recognition, while also acting as an iconic identifying element visible from major thoroughfares in northern Hangzhou (such as Shixiang Road and the Shangtang Viaduct).
III. Construction and Acceptance Key Points
1. Color Consistency: Strict adherence to Wanda's corporate VI (Visual Identity) standard color - specifically "Wanda Red" - is mandatory. The baked enamel finish must undergo rigorous weather-resistance testing to guarantee that it remains fade-free for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
2. Brightness Uniformity: The illuminated characters feature a high-density arrangement of LED light beads (≥ 12 beads per character).
