Construction Objectives: To create a cultural environment within the military camp that seamlessly integrates display, education, publicity, and experiential learning; to highlight and promote Party culture; to preserve and pass down the noble spirit accumulated through the unit's history; and to establish a "spiritual bastion" that serves to showcase the camp's Party-building culture to the outside world while providing moral guidance and educational reinforcement to the officers and soldiers within - all in the pursuit of upholding their unique and vital mission.
